Mrs. Esther Akosua Setsoafia
Proprietress & Principal
Mrs. Esther Akosua Setsoafia established Vinesthy Catering Institute on November 14, 1992, in Burma Villas, Burma Camp. What began with just 3 students in a garage has grown into one of Ghana's premier culinary training institutions.
With over 33 years of dedication to culinary education, she has transformed the institute from a small training center into an accredited institution recognized by both NVTI (2000) and the Ghana Education Service (2003) and currently fully accredited by CTVET.
Under her visionary leadership, Vinesthy has trained over 6000+ students in Basic Catering and Cake Decoration, and 800+ students in Advanced Catering. Her commitment to instilling moral values and entrepreneurial skills has empowered countless young people to become self-reliant professionals.
